Voreli AIVoreli Ops
Voreli Ops, for service businesses

You are good at the work. Running the business around it should not be this hard.

Missed calls, quotes nobody chased, evenings lost to admin. That is a systems problem, not a people problem. We find the one gap costing you the most, build the system that closes it, and run it for you.

One bottleneck, named

The Ops Check and a 30-minute diagnostic call find the single gap costing you the most. We write it down with a number attached before anything gets built.

Built in weeks

One system, scoped to that gap, live inside the first month. Not a strategy deck, not a pilot that never leaves the sandbox.

Run after launch

Monitoring, maintenance and a written monthly scorecard for as long as you are on the plan. When a platform breaks, that is our problem.

The method

Diagnose. Build. Run.

Three words, in that order, every time. The diagnosis is what stops you buying software you do not need.

D

Diagnose

Map the workflow as it actually runs today, count the hours and the missed revenue, and pick the one gap worth closing first.

B

Build

One system, scoped in writing, built on your existing tools. AI where it earns its place, plain automation where it does not.

R

Run

We host it, watch it, fix it and report on it monthly against the baseline set in week one.

Two ways in

Which one is you?

Most owners are one or the other. The Ops Check tells you which, and the first build follows from it.

I am losing leads

Calls go to voicemail, forms sit in an inbox, quotes go out and nobody follows up. The system answers, qualifies and books within minutes, around the clock.

  • Every new inquiry gets a reply by text and email in under two minutes
  • Unanswered calls are picked up, qualified and booked onto your calendar
  • Quotes that go quiet get a follow-up sequence until they book or say no
  • You see every lead and its status on one screen

I am drowning in admin

Scheduling, reminders, invoicing, data entry between tools that do not talk. The system does the repetitive work and hands you the exceptions.

  • Appointments confirmed, reminded and rescheduled without a phone call
  • Invoices sent and chased on a schedule you set once
  • Job data flows between your CRM, calendar and accounting on its own
  • A daily brief of what needs a human decision today

The process

Five steps, one month to live

You see the scope in writing before we build and the numbers in writing every month after.

  1. 01

    Ops Check

Two minutes online. You get a score and the likely bottleneck, we get enough to prepare.

  2. 02

    Diagnostic call

Thirty minutes. We walk the workflow with you and write down the one gap and the number it costs.

  3. 03

    Blueprint

A one-page scope: what gets built, what it connects to, what done looks like. You sign off before we start.

  4. 04

    Build and launch

Live inside the first month, tested on real inquiries, with your team shown how it works.

  5. 05

    Run and compound

Monthly scorecard, fixes as needed, one round of changes per quarter. Add the next system when the first one has paid for itself.

Three ways to fix it

Hire, stitch, or have it run

Each one can work. Only one of them puts the outcome on someone else in writing.

Security

Built inside accounts you own

The short version. The written summary is yours for the asking on the call.

Your accounts, your data

Systems are built inside accounts you own. Leaving means revoking our access, not migrating.

Encrypted end to end

TLS in transit, encryption at rest on every store we run, secrets in a managed vault.

Per-person access

Named logins, no shared passwords, revoked the day someone leaves.

No training on your data

Model calls carry no-retention terms. Nothing you send is used to train anything.

Rules in code

Opt-outs, quiet hours, approved pricing and escalation paths are enforced by the system, not requested of the model.

Gradual rollout

New systems shadow a human first, then take a slice, then the whole flow. You decide the pace.

Questions

Asked on most calls

What kind of business is this for?

Service businesses with a real inbound flow: calls, forms, quotes, bookings. Home services, trades, charters, clinics, legal, real estate, restaurants and studios are the ones we have done this for. If most of your revenue starts with someone contacting you, it applies.

What exactly do I get for the build fee?

The diagnostic call, the written blueprint, and one working system connected to your tools and live on real inquiries. The build fee covers the work to get it live. The monthly covers keeping it live, monitored and improving.

Which tools does it work with?

The ones you already have. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, most CRMs (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro), Calendly and Cal.com, Twilio and Telnyx for calls and texts, QuickBooks, Stripe, Square, Slack. If a tool has an API or an email, it can be connected.

Do I need to change my phone number, CRM or website?

No. The system sits on top of what you run. If you have no CRM at all, we set up a lightweight one as part of the build.

What does the AI actually do, and what does it not do?

It reads inbound messages, replies in your voice, asks qualifying questions, books time, and hands anything unusual to a person. It does not quote prices you have not approved, make promises about outcomes, or contact anyone who has opted out. Those rules are enforced in code, not left to the model.

What if it does not work?

The blueprint names what done looks like before we build. If the system does not do what the blueprint says, we keep working on it at no extra charge until it does. Fixes are part of the monthly, not a change order.

Can I cancel?

Month to month after the first month. The build fee is one-time. If you leave, you keep the accounts, the data and the documentation.

Is my customer data safe?

Data stays in your accounts and ours in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is per person and revocable. No customer data is used to train any model. Ask for the written security summary on the call.

Find the gap first. It takes two minutes.

Nine questions, a score, and the one thing we would fix first. Then a call if you want one.
